December 18, 2000 - TruColor Vision Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce our new "24-7 Technical Service" hotline. Beginning Monday, December 18th, 2000 emergency technical assistance will be available after normal business hours (8am-5pm EST - USA) and on weekends.

Companies requiring emergency after-hour or weekend technical assistance should call the TruColor offices, toll free @ 800.277.TCVS (8287) in the US & Canada or Internationally @ 706.845.6970. Follow the after-hours voice recording prompts for selecting the "24-7 Technical Service" hotline extension, leave a detailed message including a return phone number.

The service technician on-call will automatically be paged and a return call made.
